With Apple already having taken care of a smaller option for the iPad, they’re now extending their line in the opposite direction, reportedly having already commenced production on an iPad Pro model which features a 12.9-inch retina screen. It makes sense for the computer giant to mirror the same movements as their other products in providing a variety of sizes and qualities. This one in particular is rumored for an early 2014 release and should include a screen similar to those that utilize ultra high-definition (UHD) manufactured at Apple’s LG Electronics plant in South Korea.
This could be excellent for small businesses and retailers that use iPad in the field and in their stores as tools. Imagine larger screens to have as mobile dashboards for managing in-store traffic, coordinating schedules and contracts on-the-go with large screens you can see a larger picture on business resources.
